Refund policy

At GoodMelts, your happiness is our highest priority! We work tirelessly to delight you with our products and make you feel special.

We offer a 7-day Replacement on GoodMelts Wax Warmers in case of manufacturing defects. The replacement will be processed within 7-day of the delivery of the product.

If the product has any electrical issues, simply contact us and share a video of the product concern on our Customer Support WhatsApp number +91-8747807704 on email hello@goodmelts.co.

Returns/Replacements will be considered ONLY in the case if the product is damaged or does not function.

Note: Any outcome rising due to not using the product as per instructions, damages caused due to mishandling, or any misuse of the product will not be considered as eligible for the return/refund policy. Please read the usage instructions or contact us to get a usage help video.

We will provide instructions to send back the product and approve the replacement. Sharing the video as stated will be mandatory to be eligible for any replacement. 

Note: Replacement under 7-day guarantee is strictly on approval upon such request. Our response with approval/ rejection of the claim after such a request will be final.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the courier of choice. We will provide you with our return address.

GoodMelts is not responsible for damage after delivery. If you believe that the item was damaged or missing in shipping, we require you to contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. 

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed through www.goodmelts.co cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed through  www.goodmelts.co

1-Year Warranty

All our wax warmers are covered under a 1 year Warranty. Incase there is any electronic issue with the functionality, you can raise a complaint by contacting us and sharing a video of the product concern on our Customer Support WhatsApp number +91-8747807704 on email hello@goodmelts.co.
